Posted on April 26, 2017

We've may have just closed the door on another wonderfully long ski season, but when one door closes another one opens. That door just happens to lead to your destination of choice to escape the summer heat, Red River! Unlike many ski towns, Red River stays alive all year long with just as many activities, events, and visitors as we see during the winter months. That probably has to do with the average high temperature of 74 degrees! So if you're planning to get out of the heat this summer, mark these events on your calendar, book a room early, and get a head start on your summer vacation plans. You can even stay with us at Sitzmark Sports, we offer some great summer lodging deals.
